Hullabaloo Studio's Christine Sage is also an accomplished painter. She has held her own exhibitions in addition to undertaking commissioned work in oils, pastels, watercolour and acrylic. Her compositions have included portraits, landscapes, abstract impressions and iconographs,  (Christine's painted illustrations have been published in Storm in a Teacup by Chris Townsend.)

 

Christine has recently begun the study of Icon Writing in the Byzantine tradition under the mentorship of renowned Russian Iconographers Philip Davydov and Olga Shalamov.
